We are small on purpose. You talk to the person who builds your system, not to an account manager who forwards your email.
Every client gets their own isolated instance. We do not pool your data with anyone else's, and we do not train anything on it.
Our development and demo environment currently runs on a dedicated server in Germany under EU data protection law. For client work, we deploy where you need us to: on infrastructure inside Qatar, in the Microsoft or Google cloud regions in Doha, or on your own servers if you have them.
For Arabic language processing we work with Fanar, Qatar's own large language model from QCRI. Where a client requires that no data leaves the country, we build the whole stack that way and we will tell you exactly what that costs and what it changes.
