Four steps, and you deal with the engineers building your system at every one of them.

• Discovery and workflow assessment (Week 1): We map your workflows, data sources and existing systems, then quantify where manual effort is actually concentrated. You keep the findings whether or not you proceed.
• Scope, architecture and fixed price (Week 2): We define what gets built, where it runs and what it integrates with. Scope and price are agreed and fixed before development starts.
• Iterative delivery against live systems (Weeks 3 to 8): Development runs in short cycles against your live data. You review working software at the end of each cycle, not a progress report.
